It took awhile to get the home I wanted because of it being a short sale but Mark was patient and helped me get the property. He showed me a few properties around the price range I was approved for which was helpful it kept me from buying a home out of my price range. He also set me up with a bank that preapproved me after my own bank that I've been with over 25 years said no there is nothing we can do for you now go away and after another mortgage broker took my money for an appraisal and also said sorry now go away.
