Need to sell FAST and for cash?

What is Express Offers?

Express Offers is eXp's proprietary iBuying software platform that connects eXp Agents to our marketplace of Institutional Investors (iBuyers).  Investors use their Buy Box criteria (investment strategy) and receive the normal commission that you would negotiate for the listing side of the transaction. Express Offers potentially gives you a cash buyer for your property depending on their unique situations.  Not only does this make for a quick stress free transaction that closes on your timeframe, you only pay half the broker fee of a traditional transaction.

What is an iBuyer?

An iBuyer is a company, investor or group of investors that use technology to make an offer on a seller's home within minutes (or days), sight unseen, based on a proprietary valuation model. If you choose to accept the offer, they can close in as little as 10 days.

In our Express Offers platform, we use the term iBuyer to mean Institutional Buyer. These iBuyers use a variety of investment vehicles and strategies to construct and diversify their real estate portfolios. Those strategies might include buying Fix & Flips, multi-family properties or Buy & Hold properties.

Benefits that help us stand out to sellers,
  1. Cash offers in as little as two days.
  2. Skip the hassle of staging and showing.

  3. Pick your closing date.

  4. No obligation offers.

  5. No convenience fees.

  6. Multiple offers possible on your home.

  7. Skip out of pocket repairs.

  8. Agent expertise every step of the way!

With eXp you get the best of both worlds

Even if you do not receive or accept a cash offer from an iBuyer, I am still able to market your property the traditional way through our local MLS.
